  • As the Office Support Specialist, you are one of the key players within the operations team, whose responsibility is to support the operations function. You will be a member of our Operations team, responsible for the operations agenda, mainly:
  • - Office management (incl. office suppliers, taking care of guests, managing stock of IT HW and marketing supplies)
  • - Travel Management (organising and booking travel, accommodation, and venues for business trips)
  • - Event management (assist in organising company events and conferences)
  • - Administration: processing and compilation of invoices/receipts,
  • - Expense Reports and supporting documents for the Finance team
  • - Various ad-hoc and cross-team projects
  • You will report and cooperate closely with the Operations Manager who will provide you with the ability to influence the things we do and support you in result delivery and your professional growth. Together with the Operations Manager you’ll ensure smooth day to day operations of the company. You will also be continuously working on streamlining and standardization of processes and looking for improvements. As we are present in different countries, you will deal with people located worldwide and experience different nationalities.

Koho hledáme

  • If you want to succeed in this position, we believe, you need to have the following skills/background:
  • To perform and understand the technical aspects of the job
  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (office assistant, travel management, operations or assistant role); university degree is an advantage
  • - Experience dealing with simple contracts and invoices
  • - International environment experience
  • - Outstanding MS Office skills (excel, word) and overall computer literacy
  • To fit the profile and possess the soft skills we are looking for
  • - Excellent time management skills demonstrable by previous experience
  • - Fluent English and Czech are a must (English is the main language in the company)
  • - Strong attention to detail
  • - Organizational and analytical skills
  • - People-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • - Good understanding of different communication styles and cultural differences (previous experience of living/working abroad might be helpful to understanding our team dynamics)
